Now as for the perfect posture for your spine, there isn’t a set one. You shouldn’t sit or sleep in ways that put a lot of pressure on your back, this is the basic rule. But in general, you shouldn’t keep any single posture for too long, as this will cause your spine to experience the same pressure for extended periods. The best posture for your spine is your “next posture”. What this means is that we shouldn’t stay in the same posture for too long. Take active breaks at work or home, make sure your spine has room to breathe and it’ll be much healthier in the long run.
Last but not least it’s a good idea to exercise regularly. Our skeleton and muscles work in tandem for all aspects of our movement. This means that stronger muscles can result in less effort from our bones. Having a healthy constitution will help in supporting our weight, which will be great news for our back.
